All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on August 16, 2002. Incomplete and/or duplicate entries will be void. Entries that do not include telephone numbers will be void. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, postage due, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. Limit one entry per person.

Prizes. The following prizes will be awarded: Seven (7) or nine (9) First Prizes, each consisting of two (2) tickets to attend the Portland Sea Dogs home game on August 23, 2002 at 7:00 p.m.; a voucher good for two (2) hot dogs and two (2) regular sodas; two (2) foam fingers; an AT&T Wireless gift bag; a photo opportunity with Slugger, the team mascot, before the game; and the opportunity to participate in the sweepstakes for the Grand Prize. (NOTE: The exact number of First Prizes will depend on the number of innings of the game on August 23, 2002, which will be known by August 17, 2002. If a double header has been scheduled due to a prior rain out, then the game on August 23, 2002 will last only seven innings, and seven (7) First Prizes will be awarded.) In addition, one (1) Grand Prize may be awarded, consisting of $10,000. The Grand Prize winner will be determined as follows: Before the game on August 23, 2002, each eligible First Prize winner will be randomly assigned an inning (from 1 to 7 or 9, depending upon the number of innings being played that day) during which, if back to back home runs are scored by two consecutive hitters from the Portland Sea Dogs, the First Prize winner who was assigned the inning in which such back to back home runs are first scored will win the Grand Prize. The First Prize winners must be able to attend the game on August 23, 2002 in order to be eligible to win the Grand Prize. First Prize winners must arrive at the Hadlock Field Ball Park on game day by the time and at the location specified by the sponsors or forfeit their eligibility to win the Grand Prize (time and location to be announced by sponsors upon notification to First Prize winners.) If back to back home runs by the Portland Sea Dogs occur, the First Prize winner who was assigned that particular inning in which the first series of such back to back home runs occur will be declared the Grand Prize winner. Once the Grand Prize winner is declared, the sweepstakes is over and those remaining First Prize winners whose inning had yet to be played are no longer eligible to win the Grand Prize in the event another series of back to back home runs are made by the Portland Sea Dogs in subsequent innings. In the event there are no back to back home runs by the Portland Sea Dogs, the Grand Prize will not be awarded. If the game is postponed due to inclement weather, sponsors reserve the right to postpone the contest to a date to be determined at sponsors' discretion. (Note: If on the day of the game two games are being played, the contest for the Grand Prize will occur during the first game.) Winners are responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prizes that are not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to taxes, transportation, parking, gratuities, and food and beverages not otherwise included in prize packages. The retail value of each First Prize is approximately $50; the value of the Grand Prize, if awarded, is $10,000. Exact location of seats at the game is at the discretion of the sponsors

Prize Drawings. First Prizes will be awarded at random drawings held on August 17, 2002. First Prize winners need not be present to win. First Prize winners will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of drawing and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Each winner's guest (or parent or legal guardian if any guest is under 18) may also be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to participation in prize activities. If any First Prize is not claimed within two (2) business days of notification, or if any winner does not meet qualification criteria, an alternate winner will be selected. In the event there is a Grand Prize winner, such winner must be present to win. Grand Prize winner, if there is one, must complete and sign a Winner's Affidavit & Release in connection with the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be mailed to the Grand Prize winner within three (3) weeks of claiming such prize

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning a First Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on whether back to back home runs are scored by two (2) consecutive hitters from the Portland Sea Dogs and the inning in which such back to back home runs are made.
